Presidential flag-bearer of Nigeria main opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has departed Nigeria for the United States of America to intensify his political campaigns ahead of the 2023 elections.
According to report, Atiku is proceeding on a weeklong political campaign in the US, where he would be meeting Nigerians and business community during the visit.
While in the US, Atiku would be meeting with Nigerians in Diaspora as well as with the PDP members in North America.
Subsequently, the two times Vice President would also meet with top Nigerian business leaders based in the US, as well as young Nigerian professionals in the diaspora.
However, Atiku is expected to return to Nigeria on Monday as he is expected to resume his campaign in Ekiti State on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, while the campaign rally in Ondo State would hold on Wednesday November 2.
