A High Court sitting in Benin City, Edo State capital on Friday October 28, 2022 convicted and sentenced the duo of Monye Emeka Divine and Onyema Okuose to two years imprisonment each.
The presiding Justice M. Itsueli, found the two accused guilty on a single charge.
They were arraigned on one count charge bordering on retention of proceeds of crime and unlawful possession of fraudulent documents.
